Rasham Nassar’s life changed when she went to college. Like many students entering university, she was shocked to realize that life wasn’t what she had always known, and coped with changes and life pressures by abusing alcohol. Alcohol took over her life, and by age 26, she entered rehab.
She found inspiration in the yoga teacher at the center, and found solace in her own hear. By turning inward, she was able to walk out of the prison she had built for herself.
Produced by Schecter Films. More at Niroga Institute.
