I love this blog from fellow yogi and blogger, Heather.
I am a yogi, who sometimes cheats on her yoga mat with running shoes.
And while I took another hiatus from the pavement, since moving to NYC I’ve rekindled this forbidden love affair. My philosophy with running tends to be “run until it’s not fun.” I know, it rhymes. I’m a regular poet.
But it allows me to not take my running career too seriously. I keep at it until it sucks and then I stop. BUT that is not to say that I shouldn’t push myself when I take to the streets.
Recently this concept has presented itself to me:
