What is Vinyasa Yoga?
One caveat – I’m an eight-years-in yoga practitioner (I started in California, and have practiced regularly in Connecticut, NYC, and Hawaii), but I’m NOT a yoga teacher, and haven’t been to teacher training – though my boyfriend, Simon Apter (who writes about yoga here) and my roommate both have and I ask them tons of questions all the time.
