I rarely submit two posts in a day, but this was too funny not to share. If you’ve ever tried to give up caffeine like I did during Yoga Teacher Training, you can relate.


My proclivity for drinking coffee stems from an innate hatred of mornings. I like the nightlife; I like to boogie – so while most people are bounding out of bed yipping about sunshine and lollipops in  super-chipper voices, I’m calling the alarm clock a filthy name, hoping I don’t break yet another snooze button.

  1. Hahahahaha!!!! Yeah, and that’s why I started with decaf (though, I admit, that tea I always showed up with….yep, caffinated). I needed to trick my body with that sweet, dark amber, that kept my blood levels from over taking my internal coffee system. I had to trick it to ensure that my body thought it had something that it didn’t. 😉
