Teaching Style:

I teach a variety of styles of Hatha Yoga as well as Aerial Yoga  I incorporate pranayama (breathwork), motivation, creativity, guided instruction, and some meditation into each of my classes.  Learn more about My Teaching Style.  I live in Smyrna, GA and teach classes throughout the metro Atlanta area.
