Chill Out with Moon Salutations

In the world of Yoga, there are Sun Salutations and there are Moon Salutations. Sun Salutations  (referred to as "Surya Namaskar" by all my yoga peeps) are energizing. If you do enough of these babies in a row, you'll definitely work up a sweat! That is why Sun Salutations are often associated with our masculine, yang energy. Moon Salutations (or "Chandra Namaskar"), however, have the opposite effect; the movements are much slower, and are meant to chill you out and sooth your body.
